I'm Sergio Benitez, and I know firsthand what it means to fall in love with Los Cabos. When I arrived here in 2012, I knew almost instantly that I had found a place unlike any other. Over a decade later, firmly rooted in the El Tezal community with my family, I've made it my mission to help others find their own piece of paradise in Baja California Sur.

Throughout my career overseeing sales operations, lead management, and agent training, I've developed a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully navigate this dynamic market. At The Cabo Compass, I combine that strategic leadership experience with a passion for innovative marketing. Whether it's flying FPV drones to capture sweeping cinematic views of a property or utilizing the latest technology to ensure a seamless transaction, I believe in providing an elevated, modern approach to buying and selling homes.

But beyond the technology and the negotiations, real estate here is fundamentally about the lifestyle. When I'm not working, you can usually find me fully embracing everything the Baja peninsula has to offer—watching the surfers at Cerritos and Pescadero, capturing the Milky Way through my camera lens, or firing up the grill at home for a great steak.
