What the numbers say
- The most affordable way to build in a gated golf community: lots in Fundadores and El Altillo sold for a median of $450K, a fraction of lot prices in Querencia or Palmilla.
- Home prices have come down, with the median falling from $4.1M to $2.85M year over year, partly because fewer large homes sold. That gives buyers room to negotiate.
- Zadún is the top tier: a West Enclave residence sold for $6.3M, and Ritz-Carlton homes on the market today run up to $29.95M.
