Paty's edge is the part of the deal most buyers never see: negotiations, contracts, fiscal and legal requirements, and the closing process in Mexico. She works through these every day, managing transactions across Ronival's offices in Baja California Sur. Her career began in luxury hospitality and events, where she organized large social and corporate events in Mexico and abroad, including two years in Rome. She moved to Los Cabos in 2009 and spent a decade in high-end restaurants and events before moving into real estate.
