The Cabo Compass (“we”, “us”) is the personal real estate advisory website of Sergio Benitez, operating in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico, in affiliation with Ronival Real Estate. You can reach us at sbenitez@ronival.com.

Information you provide. When you fill out a contact form or request our investment guide, we collect your name, email address, and any details you choose to share about your property search. We use this to respond to your inquiry and, if you opt in, to send you market updates. Form submissions are delivered to us via Web3Forms, a form-processing service.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — pages visited, approximate location (city level), device type, and how you found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule property tours and calls, send requested resources such as our investment guide, send occasional market updates if you have opted in, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that make this site work (such as our form processor and analytics provider) and, where relevant to your inquiry, with Ronival Real Estate.
